Accepting Community Bible School Coaches/Bible Workers
Our Centers at different times have need of Digital Bible Workers/Coaches for their Online Community Bible Schools. The goal is to reach students through various social media campaigns and in person channels, engage them in online Bible study, and nurture them throughout various activities. Online Community Bible Schools generally consist of a weekly one hour group study along with independent study of the lesson by the students, with the support of Bible coaches.
Community Bible School Features include:
- Presentation by Guest Presenter or BDC Coach, or Interactive lesson study by Bible Worker/ Coaches.
- Small classes (breakout rooms - around 10 students to a class)
- One Bible Worker to approximately 10 students
- Each Bible Worker accompanied by 2 assistants from the center hosting the classes
Principal responsibilities of the Bible Worker:
- Teach the lesson in a manner that is clear and Biblically sound.
- Guide the members in building lasting relationships with the students.
- Nurture students through various means (calls, texts, emails) before and after each meeting
- Report: Attend workers meetings once a week and report on the progress of students and nurturing rendered by the Bible Workers.
Number of hours: Typically 2 hrs/week (One for the group study and one hr. to follow up.)
Bible Worker compensation: Determined by Center
